My brother-in-law, David, and I were recently talking about the space shuttle and what NASA was going to potentially replace it with. Our conversation ultimately turned into a discussion about America's newest spy plane that still apparently has never been confirmed as existing. Attached is a good link which has a collection of articles on the so-called Aurora aircraft. According to some of the info, this thing has an estimated top speed between MACH 6-8. That's 6+ times the speed of sound. Who needs stealth technology when you can cover a mile a second?
