Well bangs to be exact! We heard your pleas, your threats, your whispers on the street and we FINALLY did it - the 24-7 bed head has been laid to rest! We just wanted to preserve those sweet little curls for as long as we could, but we couldn't wait any longer. So I hit the internet and did a little research, I wanted to take her to a kid-friendly place that was used to the crying and screaming and I found this little gem!

Holy Smokes! Who remembers good ole' Fantastic Sams? Well things have changed a little bit. No more $4.99 haircuts, flipping through the glamorous black & white, fantasy hair style books, or asking for the "Farrah" only to get the "Mushroom" that includes bangs not just across your forehead, but the ones that extend from ear-to-ear. Nope - those days are over! Computer games and kids' TV shows is what you will get at this place.

She still screamed and cried, but it was relatively painless and the best part about this place is that it is in the Woodlands Mall - score one for mommy! It will now be necessary to make a trip to the mall at least once-a-month!

When it was all said and done all she wanted to do was take a spin on the carousel and daddy obliged.

In the end, we had a happy kid without hair in her face thanks not only to the haircut and carousel ride, but we think the food court junk food might have helped! I know she's our kid, but we think she looks dang cute!

Oh how cute! She looks awesome! I am so glad you got her first haircut early... You won't be bursting into tears when she's 4 1/2 and the baby curls are finally trimmed for the first time... sniff.
Couldn't you get Michael a haircut too. I'm sure they had a Homer Simpson cartoon they could have played.
